The New Zealand Rugby Union is delighted to have Cure Kids as the Official Charity of the NZRU and All Blacks.
Cure Kids funds research into children’s life-threatening and many medical conditions affecting our young people. They work closely with New Zealand’s foremost researchers and can now add the world’s greatest rugby teams to their list of supporters.
The NZRU takes its role in supporting New Zealand communities very seriously. In getting behind Cure Kids; the NZRU, All Blacks and other national teams are sending a message of support to thousands of New Zealand’s sick children and their families who hope for a cure to their illness.
Cure Kids has a long-term investment strategy in children’s health research and has achieved several world-first breakthroughs into stillbirth, cot death, childhood leukaemia, heart disease and asthma. They have also funded research into spina bifida, childhood diabetes, hole in the heart babies, liver disease, rheumatic heart disease and many more cruel life-threatening illnesses.
